The Focus Wheel

Have you tried this? I love this tool developed by Abraham Hicks. It will help you release any resistance you may have on any particular subject.

The process of the Law of Attraction involves deliberate creation, and in order to deliberately create something in your life, you need to focus on that something in a positive manner. Have you ever started using the Law of Attraction in your life only to get distracted after 1 or 2 weeks and lose focus. Anyone? ( I know have!) You need to focus on whatever it is you want to manifest in your life, every single day.

I give you this.

The Focus Wheel causes you to change your vibrational point of attraction ( how you feel) on any subject, whether it is a bad relationship or lack of money. For the purpose of this explaining this to you, I’m going to use a fictional relationship with someone called John. If you love your significant other but are not getting along it means your current vibration is one of low energy or negative energy, and as a result, you will attract more of the same. You need to focus on changing this vibration.

As hard as it may seem sometimes, it can be done.

The Focus Wheel helps you improve your feeling of clarity, and shift your focus away from not being happy to….well being happy! There is a brilliant app called ‘Focus Wheel’ that you can download for free, it is really easy to use. Or you can use a pen and paper and draw out a circle like the one below.

So here is how it works.

Firstly, identify what you don’t want and write it down outside the wheel. And then inside the wheel you make your statement of intent. Eg. Harmonious relationship with John.

Then in each of the segments surrounding the circle, make a positive statement, one that you already believe closely matches your desire. Not one that offers up resistance ( you can check with your ” Sway” if you hold any resistance).

After you complete the Focus Wheel, your aim is to be left feeling better by improving your point of attraction, in this example a harmonious relationship.

To get you started. Some statements in relation to a relationship might be:

  • I am happy in the knowledge that the harmonious relationship I desire is there for my discovery.
  • I am looking forward to making this change.
  • I know there are other couples out there who have overcome their differences.
  • I am filled with love when I think of our beautiful children.
  • I smile when I remember the beginning of  our relationship.
  • I love the feeling of being loved.
  • It will be so fun to laugh with John again.
  • I know that sometimes in relationships stubbornness can overshadow love.
  • I really enjoy it when myself and John are getting on harmoniously.
  • Our challenges have made us stronger.
  • I know there is still love in the relationship and I feel it will be fine.

What is the difference in feeling between what you wrote outside your wheel and what you wrote inside your wheel? Key is that the statements inside the wheel don’t cause resistance ( release it if it does).

By doing this exercise you have now shifted your vibration from one of negativity to one of positivity and hope.

Even if all you feel is hope, that is a great start ( that is higher up the emotional scale). Because of this change in your point of attraction, you will now start to attract more circumstances that match your new positive vibration.

Focus Wheel Tips.

You can use this on any area in your life, money, relationships, friendship, a better job, a harmonious relationship with your boss, better health etc etc.

Remember to always write out statements that do not create any feelings or resistance towards the subject.

The 30 Day Challenge.

Take the 30 day challenge, and do a focus wheel each day for 30 days on any subject that is of concern on that day.
